Nexum professionals have extensive experience working with municipalities and conservation organizations to harmonize responsible development with community conservation goals.  We were doing "conservation subdivision design" before it became popular simply because it is the right way to develop sensitive land.

Our company also has experience assisting communities with strategies for properties coming out of Chapter 61. In fact, we've worked with state agencies and numerous land trusts, including Sudbury Valley Trustees, in collaborative projects that strike a balance between conservation and responsible development.

Massachusett's Community Preservation Act (CPA) provides additional opportunities. We can help your town design and complete conservation and affordable housing projects because we understand how CPA works.
